Wilma Rudolph: Fastest Woman on Earth

Wilma Rudolph (1940–1994) was an American sprinter and three-time Olympic gold medalist. Overcoming childhood polio and other health challenges, she became a track and field icon. Rudolph's achievements at the 1960 Olympics in Rome made her the first American woman to win three gold medals in a single Olympiad.
